Arrival  

Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to allow time for check-in, restroom use, completing medical history forms, and settling in.

 

Guest Policy 

Only the client receiving the service is allowed in the treatment room. Exceptions are made for clients with disabilities.

 

Pet Policy  

No pets are allowed. Only service animals or emotional support animals are permitted.

 

Lash Cleanliness

Arrive with clean lashes—free of makeup, mascara, and creams on or around the eye area.  

Lash Xxotica is not responsible for poor retention due to dirty lashes, including makeup residue, natural oils, or dirt. It is the client’s responsibility to arrive with clean lashes.  

A **$15 lash cleanse fee** will be automatically added if lashes are not presented clean. Please note, no extra time will be added to your appointment unless booked in advance.

 

Refills 

We do not offer refills after 4 weeks (28 days) from your previous appointment.  

A full set will be required and charged if 60% or more of your lash extensions are missing.  

 

Cancellations and Deposits 

If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, it prevents other clients from receiving services and affects our schedule. Appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance to help avoid missed reservations.  

 

- Deposits are **non-refundable** but can be transferred if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before your appointment.  

- Deposits are applied toward your service.  

 

No Shows & Late Cancellations 

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment are subject to the loss of your deposit.  

A credit or debit card is required to secure your booking. Lash Xxotica will charge a **50% no-show/late cancellation fee** to the card on file for any missed appointments. No exceptions.

 

Late Arrivals 

There is a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. After the 11th minute, a **$15 late fee** will be applied, and your appointment will either be shortened or canceled at the technician’s discretion.

 

Advance Booking  

Appointments booked 30+ days in advance require a 50% deposit. (This does not apply to recurring appointments.)

 

No Refunds

All services are non-refundable.
