Our Salon Policy
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your reservation for checking in. ( Allow time for restroom visit, medical history forms, and/or getting settled).
Only the client receiving a service is allowed in the spa treatment room. Exception: clients with a disability.
No pets allowed. (service or emotional support animals only)
Arrive with clean lashes!
No make-up, mascara, or creams on or around the eyelashes when coming for a service or services.
LASH XXOTICA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR POOR RETENTION DUE TO ARRIVING WITH DIRTY LASHES. (MAKE-UP, MASCARA RESIDUE, NATURAL DIRT OR OILS.) IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ARRIVE WITH CLEAN LASHES.
A $15 LASH CLEANSE FEE WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR TOTAL AUTOMATICALLY IF LASHES ARE PRESENTED UNCLEAN. NO EXTRA TIME WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR SERVICE UNLESS SELF BOOKED
We do not offer fills after 4 weeks (28 days) from your previously scheduled appointment.
A full set will be required/charged if you are missing at least 60% of your extensions at any given time.
Please be advised, when you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours prior notice we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Also, clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked weeks ago. Since the services are specially reserved for you, a cancellation fee will apply.
DEPOSITS ARE TRANSFERRABLE ONLY IF CANCELLATION IS MADE 24 PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT TIME

Your appointments are very important to us. It is specially reserved for you, we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
NO SHOW/LATE CANCELLATIONS (cancellations made 24hrs prior to scheduled appointment )
IF A DEPOSIT IS PLACED IT IS DEEMED FORFEIT.
A credit/debit card number is required to book each service. Lash Xxotica charges a 50% No-show/last minute cancellation fee for each missed appointment(s) to the card on file. NO EXCEPTIONS.
For Late Clients, there is a 10-minute-grace-period. Your appointment will be fitted into the remaining time of your scheduled appointment or cancelled at the techs discretion. A $15 PENALTY FEE WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR TOTAL AFTER GRACE PERIOD (the 11th minute)
Appointments made 30+ days in advance require a 50% deposit. (Does not include recurring appointments.)
